Weekly Tuition Rates (As of August 1, 2023 **):
Full Time Tuition (34-35 hours per week)
Infant (6 weeks to 17 months) - $245/Week
Toddler (18 months to 3 years) - $230/Week
Pre-School (3 years to 5 years) - $215/Week
*additional hourly charge for more than 45 hours/week
Part Time Tuition (25-33 hours per week)
Infant (6 weeks to 17 months) - $7.25/ hour
Toddler (18 months to 3 years) - $6.75/hour
Pre-School (3 years to 5 years) - $6.50/hour
*weekly tuition is a set rate based on the number of hours contracted for care

Other Fees
Registration Fee: $50 per child
Annual Enrollment Fee: $50 per child, $100 if 2 or more children are enrolled
Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up Fee: $1 per minute
*outside of contracted hours and without a 2 week notice
Late Payment Fee: 10% of account balance
*payments are due on Fridays and considered late if not paid by Monday at close of business
Late/No Call In Fee: $5 per child
Insufficient Funds: $35
Contract Change Fee: $10
*contracts can be changed once every 30 days with 2 weeks notice
Transaction Fees:
Credit/Debit Card $12 per transaction
Automated ETF $1 per transaction
Payment Policies
Payment is due by 6:00 pm Friday. Failure to pay the full payment by 6:00 pm on Friday will result in a 10% late fee (10% of the account balance). Suspension of care will occur when a balance goes unpaid for two weeks. Balances that remain more than 30 days will be turned into collections.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, automated EFT, or check.
*Credit/Debit card payments will have a $12 transaction fee for each payment made
*Automated EFT will have a $1 transaction fee for each payment made
Insufficient Funds through check deposit or EFT will not be submitted a second time and a $35 insufficient funds fee will be added to the account. That payment must then be made by money order or cashier's check. If more than two payments are returned due to insufficient funds, all payments after that must then be made by money order, cashier's check, or credit/debit card.
Other Fees:
Enrollment Fees: There is a $50 non-refundable, registration fee per child. The enrollment fee is due at enrollment in order to reserve your child care spot. This fee will not be applied toward tuition.
Activity Fee: There is a $50.00 annual activity fee per child or $100 per family of 3 or more. This fee is due your child's first week of care and on August 1st in following years.
Late Pick-Up Fees: Each parent is contracted for the times their child will be in care. Staff schedules are based around these contracts to ensure the center remains in ratio and children are cared for properly. It is extremely important that parents stick to their contracts. Parents who arrive after their contracted pick up time will be charged a late fee. The fee will be $1.00 per minute, per child, after the contracted time. This fee will be charged regardless of notification or tardiness. In the event the late fee is not paid, childcare may be discontinued. More than 3 late pick ups in one year will result in termination without a two week notice.
